Niskayuna Baseball League is planning for a regular (recreational) season in 2021. Although final plans and dates will ultimately be determined by the state of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are hoping to provide opportunities for regular-season play beginning in May or June. 2021 registration is now open on the NBL website. Log into your existing account or create a new account to get started. Registration closes on March 19, 2021.
The fee for each player depends on their level of play. The fee includes $40 in raffle tickets that can be kept or sold. If you choose to sell your raffle tickets, you keep the money to offset part of your registration cost. Our online registration system accepts credit card payments only.
2020 was difficult for a lot of families. If your family needs assistance to cover the cost of registration, please contact our family liaison, Bill Schewe, at email@example.com or click HERE to fill out a brief application. All inquiries are confidential.
The fee for each level is as follows:
Early Registration Discount:
Tier 1 ($20 discount per each early registrant) ends January 31, 2021.
Tier 2 ($10 discount per each early registrant) ends February 28, 2021.

Looking for Coaches
Our regular season could not operate without the many dedicated parent volunteers who coach our teams. Please consider volunteering your time this season.
All league sanctioned head coaches/managers must submit to a background check and complete an online child-abuse awareness mini-course before getting final approval to coach. This certificate will be held on file and is good for two years. The cost of this is $25.50 and will be paid by the league. We will contact head coaches/managers in March to complete these requirements. Coaches must also sign and adhere to the NBL Code of Conduct, which can be found on the league website. All sanctioned coaches are approved by the board, and removal from coaching is at the discretion of the board.
